The concepts for Perfect Health Cloud Inc. (PHCI) software were developed in 1981 as a contractor to Hospitals and Pathology Laboratories. PHCI’s first clients commissioned our company to create a clinical management system that could run on a real time 24/7 basis while not requiring a closing step or shutdown period in order to run reports or change financial periods. More recently our research is aimed toward developing applications that allow Patients to easily interact with scheduling and history functions along with an Artificial Intelligence (AI) billing process.

PHCI specializes in making it easy to administer physician “groups” and multiple sites and locations. Our clients include multi-hospital emergency and billing companies. We manufacture “Advanced State of the Art” practice management software, medical record systems and healthcare accounting applications in order to make physicians more competitive and efficient. The software being used by many large scale health systems was originally designed by PHCI programmers. Many on-line billing companies and services bureaus currently use software designed and white labeled by PHCI.

In the last 40 years PHCI has assembled one of the largest knowledge base of software tools for the health care industry in the USA. Software that insures the highest possible accuracy, utilizing the most current “rules parameters” insure that the Hospitals, Group Practices and Partnerships are reimbursed effectively and promptly by submitting to payers directly.
